We accept orders online 24 hours-a-day, seven (7) days a week. Orders entered into unlikehumans.com will then be processed (pending credit card approval) and shipped out from our bespoke distribution centre.
COVID19 Returns Information
During this time, here at Unlike Humans, we understand that returning an item within the standard returns policy terms may be more difficult than usual. For the foreseeable future, our exchange and refund policy will be increased to 120 DAYS from date of purchase to hopefully help in these times.
UK Standard (2-3 Days) (If ordered before 2pm. Orders after this time will ship the following day) – £ Free

We will try to ensure that orders placed Monday-Friday before 1.00 PM GMT will begin processing that day and dispatched via our courier for a next working day delivery. This, however, is not guaranteed and we cannot be held responsible for deliveries that take longer than this time frame, due to circumstances beyond our control. This excludes bank holidays and will pend availability and credit verification.
All orders placed after 1.00PM GMT will begin processing the next business day, and possibly start shipping within 2 business days. Orders placed on Friday after 12 PM GMT will begin processing on the following Monday. If the item selected is not currently available or if additional identification is needed for credit verification, Unlike Humans Customer Service will contact you by email.

When an order is placed, it will be shipped to an address designated by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on the website.
Refused Shipments –
If you decide to refuse any shipments from unlikehumans.com, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, and the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
Different bill and ship to –
Unlike Humans use several measures to protect you from fraud. One of these measures is to check if the shipping and billing addresses provided during checkout are the same. If these addresses do not match, a customer service representative will contact the cardholder to verify the order legitimacy prior to it being processed. In some cases, this may delay the order processing if we are not able to reach the cardholder immediately.
P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses Military and P.O. boxes
Due to shipper restrictions, shipping is NOT available to A.P.O./F.P.O. and P.O. box addresses. – Unlike Humans are not responsible for delays due to inclement weather and/or conditions beyond their control. – We do not ship to freight forwarders.
