COVID19 Returns Information

During this time, here at Unlike Humans, we understand that returning an item within the standard returns policy terms may be more difficult than usual. For the foreseeable future, our exchange and refund policy will be increased to 120 DAYS from date of purchase to hopefully help in these times.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Unlike Humans are pleased to offer the highest standard of customer service. All unworn merchandise may be returned in its original package, along with the receipt, for up to 14 days from the date of purchase. Refunds will only be made in the manner in which the payment was made. Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in the limited circumstances described below.


You may exchange your purchase with either a different size or a pair of equal value as long as we receive the return within 14 days of the purchase.

Credit Card Refunds

All returns will be refunded to the original credit card that was used for your purchase. Please allow 14 days for us to process the credit to your card. Once the Credit is processed it can take between 1-14 days for it to show up on your statement.

Refunds on Shipping Charges

If we made a mistake and sent you the wrong order, or if you received damaged products, we will refund shipping charges. All other returns must be sent via a recorded method of postage/courier to

Return shipping charges must be paid by the customer in these cases. Please ensure that you include the name of the person on the original order or Paypal receipt.
